- The Top 3 Teams from the Silver South and Silver North recieve playoff births, Division winners recieve first round bye's (#1, #2)
- Purdue, Missouri State have clinched a playoff spot
- RMC-Peoria needs 3 points to clinch a spot
- McK needs a sweep of WIU, and a RMU-S split with SIUE Silver to clinch a spot
- Superior Points Percentage will decide a tiebreaker between #3-#6 teams
MACHA Conference Point Restructure
Beginning this season, Should a MACHA Conference game go in into overtime, the losing team will be awarded 1 point with an overtime loss, the winner still recieving 2 points. Games can still end with a tie, with each team recieving 1 point.
Also, this season's playoffs will be hosted at the Owens Center in Peoria, Illinois on February 19-22, 2010
If each MACHA team could email their 2009-10 schedule to Casey Kicielinski at ducksfan35@hotmail.com to create a master schedule for this season that would be greatly appreciated.
ACHA Goalie
Equipment Measurement Policy
October
8, 2008 The ACHA has implemented the policy and
procedures for measuring and recordkeeping of the goalie's leg
pads and gloves. Follow this

for more information. The MACHA referee-in-chief Jack Raslawski
has notified officials to take the measurements as
representatives of MACHA. MACHA league officials and the players
competing in the league are confident that the new policy will
be followed and no attempts will be taken to circumvent the new
policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
Important ACHA
Info: Game Reporting
October
1, 2008 In order to remain in good standing for
rankings and tournament eligibility, it is very important that
teams follow the proper protocol for reporting game scores and
DQ's to the ACHA. Follow this

for instructions. The ACHA and MACHA both require scores and
DQ's to be reported by the Tuesday following weekend games. Even
if there are no DQ's please report "No DQ's".
